Overview
Position Description. CGI is seeking a MuleSoft / OpenShift Developer to join the Victoria team to provide leading information technology services to clients. The role combines maintenance and development across a diverse portfolio of technologies, with opportunities to learn from experienced developers and architects and contribute to large client engagements. Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade web applications using .NET (Core / 6+) and Angular
- Support the Provider Identity Portal, including authentication, authorization, and secure integration with downstream HLTH applications
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services to enable secure system-to-system integration
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications on OpenShift (v3 / v4) platforms
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, security teams, and system owners to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in CI / CD pipeline design and implementation, supporting automated builds, testing, and deployments
- Analyze and resolve application, data, and integration issues across environments
- Contribute to system modernization initiatives, including performance, scalability, security, and maintainability improvements
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for team members
- Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in application development, maintenance, and supportStrong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#Strong front-end development experience with Angular (Angular 10+) and modern TypeScriptExperience developing and consuming REST APIs and backend servicesSolid experience with OpenShift container platforms (v3 and / or v4) and DockerExperience using Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code, including container toolingExperience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and / or MySQLExperience with REST-JSON web services (SOAP knowledge considered an asset)Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similarExperience working in an Agile / Scrum development environmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work in cross-functional teamsDesirable Qualifications
Experience with identity integration using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and token-based authenticationExperience developing or deploying solutions in Azure, including PaaS servicesExperience with CI / CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, JenkinsStrong knowledge of Git and source control best practicesFamiliarity with Kubernetes concepts and command-line tools (oc, kubectl)Experience with application security, including OWASP principles and secure coding practicesExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as GrafanaExperience configuring supporting infrastructure such as web servers, proxies, certificates, and secrets managementFamiliarity with government systems, healthcare environments, and / or Professional Services delivery modelsExperience with integration tools (e.g., Talend, XML-based integrations) is an assetNice to Have Experience

Pay range note : CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill level, geographic market, experience, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 - $140,000.
