As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications, providing consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. The Salesforce capability is looking for a Manager‑level leader to help accelerate our firm’s ability to sell and deliver next‑generation Salesforce AI solutions. As part of our growing Salesforce practice, these roles will play a pivotal part in shaping how we bring data, automation, and AI‑driven insights to life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Identifying client needs, responding to request for proposals and providing estimates for solution development.
• Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices and implementation of multiple platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clients.
• Mentor the next generation of consultants, providing them with insights and challenging them to be better.
• Coach, guide and assist team members in preparation for client meetings, presentations and proposals.

The salary range for this position is $103,000.00 – $171,800.00 CAD annual plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location. The listed salary range reflects our British Columbia region; recruitments in other regions may vary within the national approach.
