Job Summary

This position is toprovide support to program management and staff and coordinate office administration functions, human resources, payroll, records management, facilities, and asset management.

Job Requirements :

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Six (6) months or more experienceproviding administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
  • Six (6) months or more experienceleading others.
  • Six (6) months or more experience working with office procedures.

Preference may be given to applicants with :

  • Six (6) months or more experiencewith facilities management.
  • One (1) year or more experience with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
  • Six (6) months or more supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with applications such as Integrated Case Management (ICM), Management Information Systems (MIS), Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), and / or Corporate Supply Arrangement (CSAs).

An eligibility list may be established to fill both current and / or future permanent vacancies.

Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work from home up to 2 days a week subject to an approved telework agreement.
