We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Physiotherapist eager to play a key role in the exciting growth of the clinic.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Post-secondary degree from an accredited physical therapy program or equivalent education as recognized by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
The Ideal Candidate will possess :
- Strong knowledge and practice of the functions, operations and best practices within Physiotherapy
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality physiotherapy services
- Demonstrated care and safety of patients prior to, during, and following treatment
- Demonstrated understanding and record of providing an excellent patient experience
- Demonstrated professional judgement and interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, and their families
- Innovative critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and make decisions
- Strong self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management skills
- A solid track record of maintaining privacy and confidentiality in the workplace
- Highly developed conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Perform physiotherapy assessments and developing evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans
- Provide physiotherapy treatment following rules and regulations of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Review patient progress and clearly document responses to treatment
