a day in the life

As Brand Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with rest of Brand Management org to create the brand marketing operational plan and enable the execution of integrated global brand initiatives.

You are the internal connectors within the brand management team, has a thorough understanding of the budget, and the go to person across all project initiatives within your team's portfolio.

responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Creates and drives the enablement of the brand marketing operational plan, including helping ensure strategy and brief is on budget and alignment on and support of strategic cross-functional review gates for campaigns and initiatives on the Global Brand Calendar
  • Work cross-functionally to identify milestones, risks, responsibilities, tools and processes, to improve work efficiency and success
  • Responsible for stewarding the Global Brand Marketing Initiatives budget planning, tracking and reconciliation
  • Supports year over year AOP planning to ensure accurate budget allocations and resourcing
  • Monitor, measure, and communicate project progress, risks and delays, and team performance to Integrated Marketing Managers and senior leadership
  • Facilitate clear and organized access to key process documents

  • Bachelors degree
  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience
  • Global experience, behaviour and mindset
  • Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization
  • Expert negotiator, influencer and relationship builder
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables.
  • Has experience using project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance.

Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - 135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
