As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join our dedicated team.

Key Functions :

  • Provide outstanding customer support to users in Canada and the USA, ensuring seamless navigation and resolution of issues related to registration, password reset, shipping labsels, and address corrections.
  • Collaborate with partners in Canada and the USA to streamline account creation processes, manage rates, and conduct comprehensive onboarding training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot product-related challenges, manage escalations, and analyze user behaviour to optimize user experience.
  • Execute database maintenance and management tasks to uphold data integrity and ensure seamless product performance.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical thinking and sound judgment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with customer-centric approach (Ukrainian Native / Bilingual Proficiency is a must).
  • Proficiency in PC Operations and experience troubleshooting Apple OS and Windows OS.
  • Familiarity with MS database tools such as MS SQL console, and MS Access, along with technical expertise in database management.
