- Good knowledge on Mechanical valves Piping andpneumatic systems is Must.
- Hands on experienceon Electromechanical and Pneumatic system assembly testing ismust.
- Experience on Industrial HeatersPneumatic Pumps Hydraulic Pumps VFD Drives to transfer viscus fluidas an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Pneumaticcircuits and instruments is must.
- Oil and Gaswork Background is added advantage.
- Goodexposure of Electropneumatic test system andcalibration.
- Basic knowledge on Control Panelsand wiring is essential.
- Basic knowledge ofdifferent PLC ecosystems eg Siemens S7 range Wago PFCrange.
- Configuration and Calibration ofConfiguration / Calibration of analog instruments (420 mA010V) isadded advantage.
- Knowledge of the Hazardousstandards and environments is added advantage.
- Basic knowledge on Industrial communication Protocolslike Modbus Profibus Profinet is added advantage.
Qualifications :
- 5 to 10 yearsexperience in Electromechanical assembly Design and testing as wellas Prototype Stage Manufacturing.
- B.S. / Engineering degree in Instrumentation Engineering or MechanicalEngineering also accepted but with essential knowledge as mentionedabove.
