Premium Server

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Servers work in our premium clubs during games and concerts at Rogers Arena, providing a superior level of food and beverage service to our guests.

This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position.

A typical shift includes :

• Providing an exclusive premium service experience to members of our private clubs and VIP areas, serving food and beverages during events and non-event times
• Processing guests’ orders to ensure all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis
• Communicating with service staff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to coordinate entire station and ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
• Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4 : 00pm
• Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
• At least two years of service experience in a fine dining establishment
• Completion of Serving it Right Certificate
• Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
• Strong communication and listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
• A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
• Non-Canadian residents must have valid work permits expiring no earlier than October 2025
• This is an onsite role at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver
