Newrest recherche un(e) Key Account Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que Key Account Manager, vous serez le principal point de contact pour nos clients stratégiques, responsables de la gestion et du développement de nos relations commerciales clés.

Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la fidélisation de nos clients et l'expansion de notre portefeuille.

Vos principales missions :

  • Gestion des comptes clés : Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec nos clients stratégiques, comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Suivi des performances : Analyser les performances des comptes, identifier les opportunités de croissance et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire.
  • Négociation des contrats : Gérer les négociations commerciales avec les clients, veiller à la satisfaction mutuelle et à la rentabilité des contrats.
  • Coordination interne : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (production, logistique, finance, etc.

pour assurer une livraison de service impeccable.

  • Développement commercial : Identifier et prospecter de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires auprès des clients existants et potentiels.
  • Rapports et suivi : Rendre compte régulièrement des performances des comptes à la direction et proposer des plans d'action pour améliorer les résultats.

Newrest are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our strategic clients, responsible for managing and developing our key business relationships.

You will play a crucial role in retaining our clients and expanding our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring : Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions if necessary.
  • Contract Negotiation : Manage commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and contract profitability.
  • Internal Coordination : Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure flawless service delivery.
  • Business Development : Identify and prospect new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Reporting and Follow-up : Regularly report account performance to management and propose action plans to improve results.
