ABOUT THE POSITION
- Develops and implements strategic marketing and communication plans.
- Ensures brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Leads digital marketing efforts and develops campaigns that support strategic revenue goals.
- Manages public relations and partnership relationships and communications.
- Provides leadership, supports growth and development for the marketing department.
- Financial responsibilities include budget management, vendor contracts, analytics and optimization and contributing to fiscal planning and projections.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate development
- Must be able to demonstrate results of campaigns, marketing plans and overall revenue generation results.
- Knowledge and experience in search engine optimization.
- Prior leadership and management experience; proven ability to lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in advertising campaigns.
- Copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
COMPENSATION
- Annual salary $85,000 $100,000 depending on experience.
- 5-20% Bonus
- 3 Weeks Vacation
