Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch technical support to oil and gas clients.
• Support sales, operations and shop teams with job preparation.
• Conduct various torque and drag modelling reports.
• Provide services with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Stay updated on the latest industry innovations and conduct client training sessions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to analyze and resolve complex technical problems faced by clients.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, or other applicable Engineering Technologies.
• Strong knowledge of industry technologies, processes, and equipment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, technical competence, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and efficient with time management.
• Skilled in applying problem-solving techniques to complications that may arise.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently at a fast pace and produce quality work.
• Ability to be organized and follow a systematic method of performing a task.
• Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits.
