As a Mining Operations Manager, you’ll oversee Finning’s service operations on remote mine sites within Finning’s territory. You’ll provide clear and effective leadership, foster a safe work environment, and deliver targeted levels of customer satisfaction. If you’re a strategic leader with strong technical and financial acumen, this is a role for you!

For this position, the expected base salary range is between $120,000 and $150,000 annually. We also offer additional incentives such as an annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.
