Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a diverse background in infrastructure and / or oil and gas to join our group in Calgary. As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the team and plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of civil projects.

A Day in the Life

• Perform civil design for a variety of projects such as infrastructure upgrades and subdivision developments, including design and construction of water, sewer, drainage, and transportation infrastructure
• A strong background in water resources is preferred
• Provide technical guidance to a team of EITs and designers to deliver preliminary to detailed design drawings and specifications
• Carry out estimates of project costs, analysis and calculations, design review, preparation of reports and contract documentation
• Interface directly with clients, team members, contractors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations
• Ensure completion of work within allotted schedules and budgets to high quality standards
• Assist in creating a work plan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and risk factors
• Proactively resolve performance, scope, and schedule issues as they arise
