Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising clients on EHS&S processes, systems, and tools. This role requires a client-facing professional who can effectively lead client-specific requirements gathering and process management.

Additionally, the candidate must have subject matter expertise in EHS&S systems and tools.

Role Accountabilities

The Senior Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) Consultant advises clients on EHS&S processes, systems, and tools to ensure compliance and best practices.

They will collect and analyze client-specific requirements for applicable EHS&S applications, coordinate and direct client demonstrations to showcase client-specific EHS&S solutions and tools and prepare comprehensive and competitive RFPs tailored to client needs.

The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement EHS&S strategies and be expected to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will require :

A bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, Sustainability, or a related field.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS&S consulting or a related field.

Other important experience to be successful in the role includes :

Proven experience in advising clients on EHS&S processes, systems, and tools.

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to collect and understand client requirements.

Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.

Experience in preparing and managing RFPs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
