Work Hours : seasonal position from approximately April to Novembermay include possible travelirregular work schedules that take place over 7 days per weekResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director Cruise Operations, Tour Guide &

Development Manager, Team Leadfollowing a pre-determined dispatch schedule that has been outlined by the cruise linecollecting and accounting for all ticketsselling toursaccounting for and being responsible for all guests while shore side awaiting tour dispatchplanning and organizing buses and groups for departure from dockplaying the role of a cultural ambassadordelivering pleasantries with guests and answering tidbits of informationproviding guidance and taking control of a group while in your careworking well with local tourism suppliers, tour operators, Port staff and other Ambassatours Gray Line staffoverseeing a small team of staff members.
