ABOUT YOU We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Electro-Mechanical Assembler who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

As a critical part of our production line, you’ll contribute to building and assembling components that power mobile equipment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE Perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks such as light soldering, labeling, screwing components into boards, and solder masking, ensuring all outputs meet quality standards.

Ensure accurate assembly of parts and products by following written instructions and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, using hand tools in a production setting.

Work closely with a small production team under the guidance of the Production Manager and Production Engineer. Input data into the system as needed, tracking progress and maintaining records to ensure efficient production.

Accurately label and organize assembled products, ensuring all components are clearly marked for identification. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 2+ years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly tasks. Comfort working with hand tools and collaborating with others in a warehouse setting.

Some computer knowledge, especially Outlook, for data entry. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desire to contribute to a small company’s success story with a proactive, results-driven attitude! NICE-TO-HAVES Experience or interest working in a fast-paced production line environment.
