Senior Director – Software Developer

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Software Engineering & CTO, you are the driving force behind the development and quality of Croesus products. Your main mandate is to transform the strategic vision for products into operational reality by leading four key departments.

You are the guardian of velocity, predictability, and engineering excellence for an organization of approximately 100 developers and QA specialists.

You act as the primary driver for the adoption of cutting-edge tools and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to propel organizational excellence and engineering productivity.

SDLC Governance and Optimization

• Lifecycle Ownership : Define and implement Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards across all teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Process Optimization : Refine development methodologies to increase velocity without compromising security and robustness.
• Data-Driven Management : Establish and monitor engineering performance metrics to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
• AI-assisted engineering : Drive adoption and oversee the use of generative AI tools (e.g., coding assistants, automated code reviews, documentation generation) to optimize team productivity and code excellence, while ensuring compliance with industry security and compliance standards.
