Compensation: $50,000 – $53,000 annually

As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers - whether that’s helping a bride with her order, answering questions online, or resolving an issue with care and professionalism.
We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and able to work independently while also collaborating with a small, supportive team. Ticket volume can vary, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
