We are looking for a part-time(up to 20 hours) Administrative Assistant for our LATAM region to support our mining operations.
As a LATAM Administrative Assistant , your role involves various responsibilities to support efficient operations and maintain strong client relationships.
Billing and Invoicing : Attention to Detail : Ensuring invoices are accurate and promptly collected requires meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills : You’ll liaise with clients and the ESG billing team, so effective communication is crucial.
Project Coordination : Organizational Abilities : Managing project documentation, reviewing deliverables, and keeping records demand strong organizational skills.
Collaboration : Coordinating with sales representatives and the operations team ensures smooth project execution.
Administrative Competence : Software Proficiency : Familiarize yourself with platforms like Ariba, SAP, and CRM systems .
Record Keeping : Maintain organized records for future reference. Task Flexibility : Be prepared to handle various administrative tasks as needed.
Client Relationship Management : Understanding Client Practices : Familiarize yourself with client payment and invoicing practices to exceed their expectations
