My wife and I both work from home and have an active 10 month old. Now that he is moving around it's a little tougher to manage and we're exploring the idea of a nanny.
I spend most of my work day in my home office doing client calls but can still hang out with him 90 minutes a day so my spouse can run and do things.
They usually work with our son crawling all over them or napping. It's cute and lovely but it does make everything harder.
Besides cleaning him and his high chair after meals or something we dont need help with chores or cooking or anything. We are both around if anything goes wrong.
Best person would be someone who likes playing with a toddler. Don't necessarily need someone all day every day but happy to negotiate.
