Our client in the printing industry is seeking two experienced professionals for a fully remote role. The ideal candidates must have strong expertise in M-Files administration or implementation.

These positions involve identifying client needs, recommending tailored solutions, and managing the complete implementation process.

Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, as long as they can support the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and analyze clients' needs, recommending customized solutions.
• Compile and analyze customer data to determine needs.
• Create integration diagrams using tools such as Cacoo or Visio.
• Conduct thorough data reviews and analyses to support customer needs.
• Prepare detailed quotes based on analysis results.
• Communicate technical specifications and recommendations to clients.
• Oversee and execute the complete implementation process, including configuring, preparing, and installing solutions at client sites.
• Manage various environments and set up prerequisites (, SQL Database, Management Studio, ODBC Connector, Reporting, PowerBi, Vbscript, Regex).
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and product knowledge to support the delivery team.
• Document all developments and installations thoroughly.
• Prepare essential integration documents such as Scope of Work.
• Conduct software demonstrations and support Proof of Concept (POC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) projects to drive sales.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and resource for clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support and training for installed solutions via calls, emails, and other customer interactions.
• Perform all other related tasks as required.

What you will need to succeed :

• A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in system and network administration.
• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of experience with M-Files or similar solutions is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) and related solutions, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) solutions and specific document management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in web services and APIs is a plus.

Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of TCP / IP, LAN / WAN, VLAN, WIFI.
• Proficient in DHCP, DNS, SMB, FTP.
• Familiar with Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2022, Windows 10, and 11.
• Experience with Terminal Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office Suite & Office 365, Hyper-V.
• Expertise in SQL Server, SQL Management, Scripting, ODBC Management.
• Ability to develop and maintain administration scripts using VBS & Powershell.
