As a key player, you will orchestrate the entire project over its lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.

Your role involves defining project scope, securing resources, and crafting schedules for on-time project completion. You will be the financial steward of the project, managing budgets and resources efficiently.

Handling conflicting priorities, risks, and changes will be second nature to you as you steer the project towards success.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Accomplishes the following duties independently : Manage all aspects of the project over the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
  • Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources, develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure control of projects : dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies and change
  • Manage project financials
  • Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards
  • Communicate project details effectively

Qualifications

What YOU Bring :

  • 5 years of customer facing project and program management experience
  • 5 years In depth knowledge and practice of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies - PMP / Agile certification is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas, concepts, or complex issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent relationship building skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across business units
  • Proficient in Google suite
  • Capability to produce executive summaries to stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, and negotiation skills
  • A demonstrated ability to execute on complex projects, and to meet or exceed customer requirements in terms of project timelines, scope, budget, and quality of deliverables
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of executive management and to lead multi- disciplinary, cross-functional teams in a matrix structure
  • Strong Business Intelligence skills with the ability to present program details, to create program dashboards, to defend a rationale, and to provide differing viewpoints in an objective manner
  • Strong knowledge of the Physical Security Industry with a focus on delivering Customer Excellence
  • Bilingual in English and French is required
