Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

You possess strong communication (verbal / written / presentation) skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The same in Spanish is an asset.

  • You have at least 10+ years of progressive IT & business industry working experience, which must include at least 3+ years of experience in managing teams or projects / programs.
  • You have at least 3+ years of hands-on professional working experience in IT Service Delivery. Doing this in the financial services and, specifically, banking industry is highly desired.
  • You have at least 2+ years of working experience in operating Change / Release Management at a large organization.
  • You have applied knowledge of ITSM disciplines and frameworks, specifically ITIL.
  • You have experience in a technical domain, such as software development, system administration / operations, reliability & performance engineering, process engineering, resilience engineering, etc
  • You have the skills to interact with an increasingly broad range of stakeholders to influence results.
  • You have the skills to lead technical / strategic initiatives on a global scale through the application of theoretical technology-specific knowledge to improve operational efficiency and align with changing business requirements.
  • You have completed a post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a related technical stream, or commensurate experience.
  • Completion of ITIL v.4 certification is an asset.
