Primary Responsibilities :

Leadership in Digital Marketing Transformation :

  • Design and implement customer first product-led growth and lifecycle customer marketing journeys across various stages of the funnel - Acquisition & Retention via Paid & Organic Media Channels, Email Marketing, Account Based Marketing, Partner Marketing using tools like Pardot(Email Marketing), GMP, Programmatic Ads, Chatbots, Website, and similar platforms across North America & Europe.
  • Continue to transform Digital marketing for a best in class heavyweight global B2B brand to support business growth & profitability.
  • Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to 3-4 direct reports primarily in North America, India with the potential to extend to other geographies.

Collaborate with performance marketing agencies, creative and content teams, global product marketing, strategy, sales operations, sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop cross-functional strategies and initiatives.

Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to drive collective success.

  • Champion use of the modern growth stack (attribution tools, CDPs, analytics platforms) and ensure clients leverage them effectively for maximum impact and value realization.
  • Collaborate with Business, Analytics, Technology & Digital partners to define and execute on TELUS International’s personalization strategy.

Growth Marketing :

Develop and Execute Growth Strategies : Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition.

Utilize technology and metrics to optimize performance across all marketing channels.

Content Conceptualization and Planning to drive SEO : Work closely with our content and solution marketing teams to conceptualize and plan creative content and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive growth.

Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content initiatives.

  • Build a Testing & Measurement Framework for Marketing Channels - Work with Analytics, Media, Data Engineering teams to build testing frameworks and reporting to maximize ROMI(includes A / B Testing, Experimentation, Incrementality Testing, Bid Strategies, ROAS, Regressions etc.) & CLV.
  • Optimization and Analysis : Track engagement metrics and analyze data to optimize new and existing content for maximum impact.

Utilize analytical insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Abilities :

  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, activation, retention, or revenue growth through growth marketing practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven marketing approach.
  • Experience with Marketing Operations & Salesforce.
  • Experience working with Data Science & modeling
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing

Required Experience & Education :

  • Bachelor's degree or preferred Masters in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition in a B2B environment
  • 12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Transformation, with a proven track record of building digital marketing growth building Martech Stack.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies using GTM business plans
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Determination and resilience to overcome challenges and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent grasp of Privacy & Compliance practices in North America & Europe
