Architect - OAA
Located in Cambridge, ON our client is an architect ICI sector across Ontario looking to add a Project Architect to their team.

Primary responsibilities :
Directly work with key stakeholders on developments
Develop concepts, markup plans and project plant to meet clients budget and schedule
Mitigate risk factors for building codes during initial markups
Assist with development of Estimates
Indirectly manage a team of technical staff, Technologist, intermediate Architects,
Implement designs using knowledge of building materials, construction practices, governmental procedures, building codes
Qualifications
M.Arch degree
Registration as Intern with OAA
Revit & AutoCAD Experince
