About the Role :
We are currently looking for a dedicated B2B Marketing and Digital Content Specialist
who will be responsible for our social media channels, PPC advertising, graphic design
and content creation. If you are a seasoned marketing professional with a strong

Key Responsibilities :
This position demands a comprehensive range of marketing expertise. The selected
candidate will serve as a pivotal link between the marketing, production, and sales
departments, coordinating and executing an extensive array of marketing campaigns for
Honeycomb Worldwide Inc. Implementing multi-platform B2B campaigns in alignment
with our strategies to elevate Xtalks’ profile within the life science, medical device,
healthcare, and food industry markets and drive lead generation. Campaigns include
responsibilities to :
Co-Plan, manage, and execute PPC campaigns across and various
advertising platforms.
Oversee and manage our social media channels including , Facebook, X,
and Youtube to enhance engagement and grow our online community.
Produce compelling, well-researched content focused on marketing topics
disseminated through primarily blog posts, video content (with assistance from
our media team), and other content streams.
Create Engaging Visual Graphic Designs to compliment the written or video
assets on Xtalks.com, as well as standalone assets such as brochures, social media
cards, printable assets etc.
Refining lead gathering and conversion methods to enhance the effectiveness of
our customer acquisition, onboarding and retention processes.
Evaluate and fine-tune marketing outcomes : Regularly track performance metrics
to assess the success of marketing initiatives. Utilize analytics instruments and
data-informed findings to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Stay updated on the newest industry trends, technological advancements, and
best practices, while actively proposing fresh and inventive marketing approaches
for continual improvement.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration with
a background in life science is a strong asset. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in
life science with a background in marketing and communications.
2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the life sciences,
healthcare, or biotechnology sectors.
In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, using primarily and
other advertising platforms.
Proven experience in creating high-quality written content with SEO optimization.
Experience using keyword optimization and other SEO tools an asset.
- In-depth experience using Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

- A self-starter who is detail-oriented with a knack for meeting deadlines.
- Ambitious with a strong ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will need to work in-office based at our Bay Street offices in
the heart of Toronto’s bustling Yorkville, just a few steps from Bay / Bloor subway station.
