Parisella, Vincelli Associates Consulting Group (PVA) is made up of a dedicated and passionate group of professionals from a variety of professional disciplines.

Our mandate is to improve our Client’s operational and financial performance through an integrated approach that includes :

  • Installation of a Management Operating System (MOS) in production, maintenance and warehouse.
  • A Performance Management System built-in to the Operating Model.
  • Continuous improvement processes built-in to the Operating Model.
  • Extensive coaching, development and organizational alignment at all levels from the executive management team to on-the-floor.

We are currently seeking a highly driven Director Business Development (DBD) to add to our growing team. The high-level role and responsibilities of the DBD position are :

  • Secure introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations.
  • Work in close partnership with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development (VPBD).
  • Manage the VPBD’s calendar.
  • Update and maintain databases for your assigned scope.
  • Conduct research on existing and new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience setting meetings with executives of large companies.
  • Expertise in prospecting, cold calling and qualifying leads.
  • Strong communication and closing skills.
  • Experienced with sales databases.
  • Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives.
  • Highly responsible and accountable.
  • Very coachable.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Well organized and manages time efficiently.
