Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Value working safely, following all procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
• Learn and perform various tasks such as operating automated machinery, monitoring processes, and maintaining equipment
• Assist in the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of production processes, machinery, and equipment
• Safely operate mobile equipment including overhead cranes, tractors, and forklifts
• Actively maintain and improve cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Work with the manufacturing team to ensure products exceed the required quality standards and achieve production targets
• Continuously learn and develop skills to advance in the organization

Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing Experience Desirable

Must Haves :

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment
• Willingness to learn, think critically, and take on new responsibilities
• Great communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Comfortable using and learning new technology
• Work rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this role

Working Environment :

Opportunities are available across our manufacturing areas. Some roles may require moderate to heavy lifting, working at heights, and working in hot / cold / dusty environments.

Prior to a job offer, applicants will participate in a plant tour of the area(s) where opportunities are available.

We offer a competitive hourly rate and strong performers will have the opportunity to be converted to permanent full-time positions.
