Software Engineer
About the Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Contribute to both frontend and backend development of our product, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Provide valuable insights into technical direction and product strategy as a core team member.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable systems to accommodate varying user loads.
- Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Establish and enforce best practices in engineering, coding, and security.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
Requirements
What We’re Seeking :
- Proven experience in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), with a focus on performance evaluation and accuracy.
- Background in building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, as well as backend development using Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and CI / CD tools, preferably in Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment, especially in health-tech, is highly desirable.
- Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare.
