Our client is seeking a Sr SD Contenta RWS Specialist Consultant to assist in migrating from a legacy system to the Contenta SD environment.
Initial 6 month contract, working fully remote in Canada.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SD standards and the Contenta RWS (Repository Workflow System) and possess a deep understanding of the challenges involved in such migrations.
This role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing expert guidance to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of Contenta.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the migration process from the legacy system to the SD Contenta RWS, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Analyze and address issues encountered during the migration process, providing practical solutions and workarounds.
- Collaborate with the client's technical team to configure and optimize the Contenta RWS environment.
- Develop and implement best practices for the use and maintenance of SD data modules within Contenta.
- Provide hands-on support and training to the client's staff, enhancing their ability to effectively use Contenta.
- Create detailed documentation and training materials to support the ongoing use and troubleshooting of Contenta.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SD Contenta RWS-related inquiries and issues.
- Stay current with updates and developments in SD standards and Contenta RWS to ensure the client is utilizing the system to its fullest potential.
Must-have skills :
- Extensive experience with SD standards and the Contenta RWS.
- Proven track record of successfully migrating systems to Contenta SD.
- Certification in SD or Contenta RWS.
- Experience with XML and related technologies used in SD.
