As a Property and Casualty Insurance Broker in the Customer Service Department, you will work in a comfortable office environment.

A competitive base salary ranging from $55 to $95,000 / year, to be discussed depending on the size of the volume to be managed
Salary adjustment twice a year according to the growth of your volume
20 to 35% commission on new business on sales

Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends!!!
35-hour schedule per week. Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday according to opening hours between 8 : 00am and 5 : 30pm, according to your preference
Hybrid telework of one day per week at the office
Annual salary bonus for bilinguals (French / English) of $1000
Full benefits paid at 80% by the employer (Life insurance, medication, paramedical, salary) after 3 months

You are recognized for your negotiation and persuasion skills, to negotiate with different insurers
You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!)
You have ease in expressing yourself and communicating
You are customer-oriented and action-oriented
A sense of solution, assistance, escalation and upselling
- Proceed with modifications, pricing, loyalty and solicitation during inbound calls;
- Work on renewals and make updates by professionally advising policyholders;
Shop for quotes from our various insurers.
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their file.
Manage a client module ranging from 1 to 2.5 million
Who are you?
You have an AMF certificate (mandatory)
You have 2 years of work experience in commercial property and casualty insurance or more
Energetic and compassionate, you have a sense of communication and know how to put people at ease
You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard
Bilingualism (French / English) an asset but not mandatory
You have computer skills to navigate multiple software programs, all on 2 screens
