- The cook helper responsibilities are;
- assist in the preparation of complete meals, soups, salads and desserts;
- unpack and store groceries in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas;
- dividing food into portions, assembling and wrapping or placing directly on plates for serving to workers;
- prepare hot drinks such as coffee or tea;
- stock refrigerators, salad bars and self-service tables;
- cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, dining room and work areas;
- ensure compliance with established food production and hygiene standards;
- any other related tasks to ensure harmony within the camp;
