Technical Writer

The video chat function lets businesses interact with customers and sell products online, just like they would in-store, increasing conversion rates from site visits to sales revenue
Key Responsibilities :
- Write, edit, and organize clear, concise, and comprehensive technical content for new and existing software features.
- Create and update detailed API documentation to assist developers in understanding and utilizing our APIs effectively.
- Structure and organize documentation hierarchically to enhance user experience, making information easily accessible for both technical and non-technical users.
- Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate, complete documentation.
- Edit and review documentation to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency across all technical content.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Familiarity with Git and content management solutions.
- Experience writing documentation for projects based on JavaScript (JS), PHP, SQL, and Python.
- Experience creating detailed API documentation for a developer audience.
- Familiarity with the Agile development process.
- Experience using software or hardware systems via direct experimentation (, reading and running code).
Payrate : $60,000 - $80,000
