Job Description :
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will play an integrative, cross-functional role. You will manage the implementation and sustainment phases of platform migration, supporting customers' initial operation & ongoing development, and vendor management.
- Responsible for the overall development life cycle solution and managing complex projects with significant bottom-line impact
- Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, stakeholder management, and tracking of external commitments
- Coordinate with customers on a daily basis and work with business users and analysts to gather requirements and understand functional / technical requirements.
Perform analysis of the data.
- Must have working experience in Agile, and Scrum project implementations.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Instill best practices for software development and documentation, ensure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
- Onsite coordination for technical delivery and lead end-to-end delivery for the project
Minimum qualifications :
- Preferred years of exp - 10+ years
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects
- Must have project managed large transformation projects that include any combination of Data transformation / ETL, platform migration and enterprise application development.
- EDA, Information synthesis from different media, Business Requirement Gathering, MS PowerPoint / Slides, MS Excel / Sheets,
- Experience in the following : SQL, ETL, and Big Data Engineering Projects.
Good of have :
- Insurance / Finance / Banking domain understanding
- Have managed at least one enterprise program.
- Exposure to AWS is good.
