About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer the Marketing / Revenue Operations Coordinator is a key enabler of Amiis revenue and marketing success. This role accelerates the revenue pipeline by ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives meetings events reporting and cross-team coordination. By providing strong operational project and logistical support across the Revenue team the Coordinator strengthens operational excellence and connectionfreeing the team to focus on strategy relationship-building revenue growth and high-impact marketing campaigns.
At the heart of this role is a commitment to operational excellence across three core accountabilities. The Marketing / Revenue Operations Coordinator keeps the Revenue team moving efficiently through strong revenue operations coordination supporting meetings tracking actions and enabling clear cross-team communication. The role also supports the planning execution and reporting of events campaigns and lead-generation initiatives that directly contribute to Amiis partnership pipeline and brand awareness. Finally the Coordinator ensures strong reporting data and systems administration by maintaining accurate CRM and marketing data managing documents and projects and overseeing day-to-day administrative needs such as travel bookings and expense reconciliation. Together these accountabilities create the structure and clarity that allow the Revenue team to do its best work.
