With an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team.In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our finance team.

Your responsibilities will include : - Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure clarity and visibility of our financial situation.

• Identify and explain discrepancies between actual results and forecasts, offering recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Collect and organize financial documents to streamline the audit and annual closing processes for each entity.- Prepare various journal entries.
• Prepare monthly internal financial statements.- Organize and set up end-of-month files.- Analyze and explain discrepancies between actual results, budget, and projections.
• Participate in end-of-period and end-of-year processes.- Provide necessary information during tax audits.- Manage investment projects (CAPEX) and monitor fixed assets.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with strong analytical skills, capable of thriving in a stimulating environment.

Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus, along with an excellent command of financial tools and management software.

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Accounting.- Holding a recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA, CMA, or CGA).- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting.

• Experience in the construction sector is a plus.- Comprehensive understanding of the accounting cycle.- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Yardi software is an added advantage.- Rigor and precision.- Analytical and synthesis skills.- Effective communication skills.
