Génie Manufacturier (Agent Méthode) / Manufacturing Engineering (Methods Agent)

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative solutions that will improve the way we do business and reduce costs
• Support projects by having a strong influence and facilitating adequate communication with internal stakeholders
• Be an agent of change to promote a customer service mindset
• Have to investigate and identify risks impacting Prefal
• Be a leader of opportunities for continuous improvement and problem solving
• Manage priorities in line with objectives
• Be responsible for synthesizing simple to complex situations in order to present to different management levels
• Interpret, verify, and recognize drawings and other documents from the engineering department
• Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components
• Define the tools needed to manufacture or assemble aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing
• Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes by working in close collaboration with the engineering, materials logistics, quality and production
• Be on the lookout for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies in addition to taking part in research and development projects.
