Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist patients in a welcoming manner
- Provide information about our products and services
- Support the team with daily operations
- Use basic math skills for transactions and inventory
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
