Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for wood frame construction? Our client, a leading multifamily builder specializing in 4-6 storey apartment developments, is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team in Calgary.

Qualifications :
5+ years of Project Management experience.
The previous Multi-Family wood frame experience is a must.
Exceptional leadership andmunication skills.
Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to handover.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Play an integral role in shaping the operations and culture of the project team.
Risk Management identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure project success.
Budget oversight monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and making necessary adjustments.
Ensure project milestones are met according to the established timelines.
