Everclean is a large successful Facility Services company, and we are currently hiring a Full-time Operations Supervisor in Vancouver, BC.

Wage Range :
$45,000 - $48,000 annually
Shift Details :
Monday - Friday, regular business hours. Periodic weekend or late evening shifts may be required based on operational needs. What We Offer :

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee and supervise daily cleaning tasks such as garbage removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and floor maintenance.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service by monitoring and managing staff performance.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to standards.
- Operate and monitor industrial cleaning equipment within the facility.
- Provide administrative support, including timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing site operations to ensure full coverage and efficient operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience. Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Licenses / Certifications : WHMIS certification is preferred.A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract is required.
- Ability to work occasional weekends and evening shifts when necessary to meet operational demands.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and operate janitorial equipment.
- Positive, customer service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in people management, scheduling, and quality control.
