About the Role :

Job Title : Sr. UX Designer

Job Description : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• The role will consist of Creating UI / UX mockups on Figma for the product team. This is the day-to-day task that the UX designers will be doing, in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Aligning the product vision and strategy with the user needs and the product roadmap. This is the overall goal of the design team, and it requires working with different time zones and stakeholders.

The role requires working with different time zones and stakeholders, especially in India, and being comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.

The role is expected to align the product vision and strategy with the user needs and the product roadmap, and create UI / UX mockups on Figma.

Must Haves :

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience with Customer-centric mindset with experience turning abstract concepts into reality .
• Minimum 8-10 years experience with Firm grasp of Figma for design and prototyping .
• Minimum 8-10 years experience with Experience creating a variety of design artifacts, including, but not limited to, user scenarios, task flows, conceptual models, annotated wireframes, creative briefs, competitor analysis, and heuristic analysis

Location : Remote

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between CA$ 125,000- CA$ 145,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
