What you will be doing : Reporting to the Manager, Therapy and Mental Health Services, the Clinical Supervisor focuses on clinical oversight, team development, and quality assurance compliance, including recruiting and training therapists, maintaining a clinical caseload, conducting staff evaluations, and collaborating on accreditation-aligned program improvements. You take pride in your advanced proficiency in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, as well as your clinical supervision and crisis intervention skills.

You demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills and bring the ability to innovate care strategies and identify process improvements in clinical workflows.
You value collaborative leadership and contributing to a high-functioning, trauma-informed team.
You can work autonomously independently and take initiative in complex cases, and you possess advanced organizational and time management skills.
