We are currently looking for a Records Management Clerkfor one of our clients in the insuranceindustry.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $26.28 to $37.69 based onexperience.

9monthcontract.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Workschedule : evening shifts may start between 3 pm to 5pm.

Hybrid work : 2 remote daysand 3 days in the office (Tuesday toThursday).

Responsibilities :

Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) fordocument management.

Coordinatethe collection organization testing and facilitation of documenttransmission from stakeholders to the new documentsystem.

Assist in testing thedocument management system including the classification ofdocuments by record type.

Overseethe document destruction process in accordance with establishedpolicies and procedures.

Addressescalated issues through effective written and verbal communicationwith stakeholders.

Offer informaltraining and support to users of the document managementsystem.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Bachelor s Degree in a relevantfield.

25 years of experience ina related position.

Experiencecollaborating with large organizations ispreferred.

Knowledge of recordsmanagement and library science isadvantageous.

Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.

Exceptional attention todetail.

Proficiency in analyticalthinking and problemsolving.

Effective time management skills to meet client expectations anddeadlines.

Strong organizationalabilities with a keen eye fordetail.

Ability to act withurgency exercise good judgment and make sounddecisions.

Adaptability and aproactive attitude towards quickly learning new processes andtechnologies as well as continuous improvement in performance andskillsl

Commitment to providingoutstanding customer service with a flexible and creative approachto meeting customer needs.

Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for tasks toprevent escalations.

Ability torespond positively and productively to challenges andopportunities.
