LVN - Corrections $47/hr

TEEMA is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team in providing healthcare services within a correctional facility in Soledad, CA.

As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall well-being of individuals within the correctional setting.

Schedule : Multiple Shifts - Full Time Only

Hourly Pay : $47 / hour

Responsibilities : 1. Patient Care :

1. Patient Care :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure the comfort and safety of patients.

2. Health Monitoring :

• Conduct routine health assessments and monitor patients' vital signs.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records.

3. Collaboration :

• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to report patient status and any observed changes.

4. Emergency Response :

• Respond to medical emergencies and follow established protocols.
• Assist in emergency medical procedures as directed.

Qualifications :

• Valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.
• CPR / BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Willingness to undergo background checks required for employment in a correctional facility.
