Compensation

Position Description

In this important position, you will be an ambassador for our client, positioning their leading top quality HVAC solutions and exceptional customer service to prospective and existing customers.

Managing inbound leads, assembling proposals and pricing, while fostering and strengthening customer relationships from the outset of the sales process, through successful installation, and the overall culmination of your efforts.

  • Cultivate and sustain enduring customer relationships to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty levels.
  • Offer efficient and customer-focused equipment selection, sizing, quoting, selling, and installation services in line with customer preferences.
  • Take charge of incoming leads, accurately assess sizing and technical requirements, and scope out replacement needs.
  • Consistently aim to meet and, whenever feasible, exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.
  • Approach this objective with enthusiasm, recognizing the importance of each team member’s contributions.
  • Develop pricing, proposals, and contracts, and assist with project coordination and customer communications as required.
  • Maintain a CRM database for managing accounts, opportunities, and gathering customer information and market insights.
  • Actively participate in canvassing and selling to both new and existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service based on a thorough understanding of the company’s operational model.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver key financial metrics related to pricing and margins to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors’ activities, adapting strategies as needed.

Experience

  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving performance objectives and sales targets.
  • Strong aptitude for building lasting customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage and analyze financial data related to sales and pricing.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
