We’re seeking a mid-level associate (3–5 years) with strong litigation experience to join our growing team.

3–5 years of solid litigation experience

A commitment to advocacy, written, oral, and in court

Clear thinking, clear writing, and client focus

A professional mindset that values mentorship, collaboration, and independent judgment

What you’ll do

From day one, you’ll take ownership of motions, discoveries, mediations, and trials with partner support and real responsibility.

How we work

Hands-on mentorship. Work directly with partners on strategy and advocacy.

Demanding work, sustainable rhythm. Approximately 1,500–1,600 hours per year. Focused work over performative hours.

Flexibility. Work in office or remotely, structured for how you do your best work.

Compensation. Base salary $140,000–$170,000 commensurate with experience, with transparent advancement pathways.
