We are currentlyseeking an experienced and dedicated Roofing Laborer to join ourteam.
JobSummary :
Asa Roofing Laborer at IIQAF you will be responsible for assisting inthe installation repair and maintenance of various types of roofs.
You will work under the supervision of our experienced roofers andcollaborate with other team members to complete projects in atimely and efficientmanner.
KeyResponsibilities :
Assist in the preparation of worksites by setting up laddersscaffolding and other necessaryequipment
Remove old roofingmaterials debris and tools fromworksites
Load and unload materialsfrom trucks
Assist in theinstallation of new roofing materials including shingles metalroofing and waterproofing membranes
Perform minor repairs and maintenance on roofs such as caulking andsealing leaks
Adhere to all safetyregulations and use personal protective equipment asrequired
Communicate effectively withteam members and supervisors regarding project progress and anyissues that may arise.
Keep worksitesclean and organized
Perform otherduties as assigned bysupervisors
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in variousweather
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to50lbs)
Comfortable working at heightsand on roofs
Strong teamwork andcommunication skills
Willingness tolearn and take direction fromsupervisors
Valid drivers license andreliable transportation to jobsites
