Position Summary
Thales Canada Defence & Security (TCDS) has a vacancy for a Manager, Cybersecurity . The Manager of Cybersecurity is the Head of Discipline (HoD) responsible for Cybersecurity across the organization and the Resource Manager for the Cybersecurity team. As Manager of Cybersecurity you will manage a new and distributed team of cyber specialists, guiding evolving cybersecurity requirements. You will ensure that TCDS Bids, Projects and Products comply with Thales Cybersecurity requirements, and that Cybersecurity is integrated across other Engineering and non-Engineering disciplines. The Manager of Cybersecurity reports to the Director of Engineering.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The main responsibilities are :
Provides appropriate resources to deliver bids, projects and products.
Responsible for the establishment, standardization and evolution of processes, procedures and tooling for the discipline and sub-disciplines.
Ensures that TCDS Bids, Projects and Products execute in accordance with Thales Cybersecurity requirements.
Responsible for performing Cybersecurity work on bids, projects and products.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash 150,000.00 - 195,000 CDN Annual .
This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity.
