We are looking for a Senior Analyst - FP&A with excellent analytical skills and a solid background in accounting to support our financial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain Power Query and Power BI reports and dashboards to support financial planning and analysis activities
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading to ensure accurate and timely financial data
  • Analyze financial statements, reports, and records to understand and explain variances and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Assist with month-end accounting as needed
  • Continuously improve and automate financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors at year end as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA designation (or working towards it) is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Power Query and Power BI, including experience in creating complex queries and interactive dashboards
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage) is an asset
  • Knowledge of SQL and other database management tools is an asset
