We are looking for a Senior Analyst - FP&A with excellent analytical skills and a solid background in accounting to support our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Power Query and Power BI and be eager to contribute to our company's growth and success.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain Power Query and Power BI reports and dashboards to support financial planning and analysis activities
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading to ensure accurate and timely financial data
- Analyze financial statements, reports, and records to understand and explain variances and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Assist with month-end accounting as needed
- Continuously improve and automate financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors at year end as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA designation (or working towards it) is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Power Query and Power BI, including experience in creating complex queries and interactive dashboards
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage) is an asset
- Knowledge of SQL and other database management tools is an asset
