Web Content Writer

Marketers on Demand is on the lookout for a Web Content Writer with a positive attitude for a 1 year contract with our global client! Do you have an approachable yet professional writing style?
Be a part of their website remodel and deliver exceptional content!
This role is primarily remote and yet the office for meetings is located in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write and edit compelling website copy for marketing and sales aligned with brand guidelines
- Identify gaps, performance issues and optimization opportunities while editing existing content
- Create and manage detailed work plans including timelines for delivery
- Manage content objectives of various senior stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with global teams from concept development to delivery
Key Qualifications :
- Excellent copywriting, editing, research and proofreading skills
- Proven experience writing effective sales copy in a B2B environment
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, tactics and tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience working in partnership-led organizations would be ideal
- Experience working with style guides & content management systems (ex. Sitecore)
